The Winery Review: This Chardonnay’s aromas of tropical pineapple, crisp green apple and citrus are supported by underlying nuances of vanilla. The finish is smooth and creamy yet balanced with enough acidity to accentuate the vibrant fruit flavors with a hint of orange blossoms.
My Review: I liked this Foxhollow better then the last white wine I tasted. It smelled sweet and silky and the Foxhollow has a nice earthy taste. I try to do the tasting before I read the winery reviews so that I am not persuaded by what I read. After the initial tasting I did not get as much as the flavors as they described but going back I can kinda see where they get a little bit of the flavors like the citrus and a very little apple. I would give this a 7 out of 10.
